Another nice sale! We have a wide variety of items
ranging from an old piece of Jugtown pottery, Shawnee and Crocks to
some really interesting Country primitive boxes, a rag rug, a folk art
cabin with furnishings and a couple of pieces of truly antique
glassware. Other items of interest would include several
engravings and lithos, a Japanese woodblock and a pair of Chinese
enamel vases. There is a group of 5, 1960s Communist Chinese
posters that are truly something to behold. Several pieces of
50s furniture, some Art Deco items and some wonderful lamps.
Take a look at the Empire sofa, the 1920s back bar display
cabinet and Victorian Coal Scuttle. The 1920s crazy quilt is
one of the best that I've seen and one of several quilts in the auction
this week. A couple of pieces of jewelry, stamps, a Sterling
Silver purse and a small group of good Cast Iron pieces are worthy of
consideration. In the furniture and miscellanious areas we have a nice
washer and dryer, 3 mattress and boxsprings sets, Lazy Boy recliners, a
Shark vacuum, new space heaters and a few tools. The Gulbransen
piano is in excellent condition. Just check out the
pictures and videos, know that there is more at the auction house and
make plans to attend!
